SugarCRM integration
I know that SugarCRM is run by different developers, but a SugarCRM plugin would make a few of my peers drop outlook.
It would enable me to keep my personal and work lists seperate (well at least pretend to keep them seperate)

External Editor
Please please please integrate the ability to edit email messages in an external editor. It would be much nicer to edit in emacs than trying to hack emacs keybindings into the built-in editor.
